Edmir is extremely professional. He has previously fitted a smart HIVE thermostat for me which I have had no problems with since installation. Most recently, he replaced my old bath/shower tap and carried out a gas safety check. Highly recommend!

Edmir came out immediately to take a look at a leak in our bathroom and was able to determine what the problem was immediately. He also gave lots of very useful advice about other small plumbing-related problems and how to sort them out. He's very friendly and polite and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is thinking of using him.

Loss of hot water function from our cistern . . . Edmir responded very quickly to our call, came and fixed within an hour.
Very reasonable, very helpful to explain. Calm, no nonsense; job done. Highly recommended.
Edmir very efficient on another call out - leaking mixer tap, everything sorted with no fuss, same day. 5 star feedback

I have used Hysa for a while now from gas safety check & certificates, new boiler and tank installations, maintenance and underfloor heating. He uses the latest technology including heat sensoring and is always reliable and reasonable. 5/5

Was able to come out the same day to take a look at my toilet flush issue. Diagnosed the issue straight away and was able to fix on the spot. Thank you very much.

Eddie came out short notice to fix a leaky tap as my usual plumber was away. Fixed very quickly for a good price!
